How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 2–5 working days. Remote areas may take slightly longer. We'll notify you as soon as your order is dispatched.
What are the shipping charges?
We offer flat-rate shipping across Pakistan. The exact charge will be calculated at checkout based on your order size.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure you are available to receive the parcel to avoid blacklisting for future orders.
Can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email which you can use on our courier partner's website.

How do I choose the right size?
We use standard EURO sizing. We highly recommend checking our Size Guide before placing an order. If you're between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for better comfort.

We restock popular items frequently. You can contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp to check for upcoming restocks or special requests.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes! Size exchanges are possible within 2 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. A Rs. 300 exchange fee applies.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are only processed for defective or wrong items received. Change of mind is not eligible for a full refund.
Why do I need to record an unboxing video?
A clear unboxing video is mandatory for any claims regarding missing items, wrong products, or defects. It helps us ensure transparency and resolve issues quickly.
