StreetKickz provides sneakers and related products through online platforms including website, Instagram, and WhatsApp. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice.

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or using the platform under supervision
• You are providing accurate and complete information

• We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate.
• Slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting or device screens.
• All sizes are listed in EURO sizing. Customers must check the size chart before ordering.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. StreetKickz reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at our discretion.

• Orders may be cancelled due to: Stock unavailability, Pricing errors, Suspicious or fraudulent activity

• All prices are listed in PKR (Rs.).
• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and/or online payment options.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Full payment must be made before order processing (for prepaid orders).

• We deliver across Pakistan using trusted courier services.
• Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days, depending on location.
• Delays may occur due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances, which are beyond our control.

• Our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy is an integral part of these Terms.
• By placing an order, you agree to that policy.

Customers agree to:

• Provide correct name, address, and contact details
• Be available to receive the parcel
• Cooperate with courier services if needed

• Customers placing COD orders must ensure they intend to receive the parcel.
• Repeated refusal of orders may result in blacklisting.
• We reserve the right to restrict or cancel COD orders for suspicious activity.

Customers must record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel. This video is required for:

• Defective product claims
• Missing item claims
• Wrong product claims

• All website content including images, logos, and text belongs to StreetKickz.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

StreetKickz shall not be held liable for:

• Incorrect size selection by the customer
• Minor variations in product appearance
• Delays caused by courier services
• Any indirect or consequential losses

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel suspicious orders
• Refuse service to customers involved in fraudulent or abusive activities
• Take necessary action in case of misuse of our policies

Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal data with unauthorized third parties.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
