Refund & Exchange

At StreetKickz, we aim to provide the best quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1.Return Policy

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Returns are only accepted in case of a defective or faulty product.
  • Change of Mind is not eligible for return. However, if approved, a 10% deduction will be applied to the product price.
  • Return requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the order.
  • No Return & No Exchange on discounted or sale items.

2.Return Process

Returning a product is simple:

  • Send the product back to our address via any courier service (Pakistan Post, M&P, Leopard, or TCS).
  • Once we receive and inspect the product, our team will contact you.
  • You will be asked to provide your bank account or Easypaisa details for the refund.

3.Important Note (Size & Fit)

  • All sizes are provided clearly with a size chart.
  • If you receive the correct size you ordered, but it does not fit, it will not be considered a return.
  • This is considered a customer-side issue, not a product fault.
  • However, you may request a size exchange (see exchange policy below).

4.Exchange Policy

All sizes are listed in EURO sizing. Please check the size chart before placing your order.

  • Exchanges are processed within 7 days after receiving the returned item.
  • Charges: A Rs. 300 delivery fee will be applied for size exchange.
  • Customers must also bear the courier charges when sending the item back.

5.Defective Product Case

If you receive a defective or faulty product,

  • No extra charges will apply.
  • You can choose between a replacement or a full refund.

6.Exchange Process

  • Send the product back to our address via courier (Pakistan Post, M&P, Leopard, or TCS).
  • Once received, we will dispatch your requested size.

7.Refund Policy

Refund Process:

  • Our refund & exchange window is 7 days from the date of purchase. After 7 days, we may not be able to process refunds or exchanges.
  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected.
  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (Bank / Easypaisa) within a few working days.
